This is another franchise Veterinary service where expensive fees are set and services, frequently unnecessary, are pushed onto clients. There is little consistency in care. A different Vet saw my injured animal each time over 5 visits for treatment for bandage changes, Xrays, etc,.The staff may be qualified but the lack of consistency in care is disturbing.

Having multiple species of pets, I have found the vets, caring and very good with all of them. Vet bills are expensive by nature, and owners should maybe have pet insurance if concerned, but even homiopathic treatment is costly. They have always open to discussion on the treatments of my pets.I have confidence in all of them

The few times I came here the consultations were rushed, with very little time for questions. The vets (we've seen both) are quick to recommend expensive treatments, without discussing other options or possible downsides. Also, they really push the "prescription" pet food they sell, which is not even healthy (full of grains and fillers)! The vets and reception staff seem to lack in basic people skills. They don't even have the courtesy to greet customers in the waiting area, even when passing right next to you!

Brought my dog to this clinic as he was in distress. Vet said she didn't have time to see him even though the place was empty. She showed no concern whatsoever and didn't even offer any advise.

Seems like a nice place. My only complaint is that they failed to send vaccination notices for my dog so he ended up overdue for his shots. For a puppy, that's serious.

We had two Labs with kennel cough, and one also had an infected ear. Dr. Clark was professional and kind to the dogs and the cost wasn't unreasonable. The antibiotics worked and we were very satisfied with this vet. The youngest dog will be neutered soon and we'll be going back to Lynn Valley Vet.
