I will never bring my animals to this vet again. If you have a real medical issue, they play the guessing game with your animals life. After losing 2 pets because of negligence this practice showed. Please take your animal somewhere else. I pray this message will at least help one person save they're animal from these uncaring people/place. This office needs to be closed. They charge fair prices but you will be waiting for hours to be seen. Even when your pet is in agony. They don't care, you have to wait behind people for a regular check up when emergencies need addressing as soon As possible. They also don't care if you have a appointment. I've waited over 3 hours in this office. They try and see as many patients as possible in a day so they profit as much as possible. That's why you wait so long, because they schedule way to many patients for the day plus walkins and they are very unorganized. All details/info are on cards filed, no computer. Half the time they ant find your info.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. THEIR NEGLIGENCE WILL END WITH YOUR PET DYING. I took my elderly dog here about 8 months ago and pointed out a small nodule on her nipple. The vet dismissed it and said it was a fatty tissue. This is after she repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to voice my concerns about my dog's health. I took my dog back when the nodule got bigger. I was again interrupted while trying to voice my concerns, and was again told it was a fatty tissue. When I went back the third time it was suddenly something different, and she needed to be spayed and then they needed to do surgery to remove the growth. After the spay she was urinating blood. It was not until today that they FINALLY informed us that it is cancerous. Then told us we needed to find another vet to remove the growth because we obviously don't trust them. When I attempted to explain why I didn't trust them I was again repeatedly interrupted and told "We recommended spaying."

My cat was very sick, before the last visit,Dr. Holly Bartels told me, if she gave her X-ray,she would die.I really appreciate Dr. Bartels helped me to have her one more week.I came back for her constipation. Dr.Brittney Rose offered to do the X-ray, otherwise, she would not give her any treatment. Actually, she knew my cat would die if she gave her X-ray,but she still offered and wanted me to pay $150 deposit.I loved my cat so much, and paid the deposit.Five minutes after, she showed me X-ray and told me,she refused to give her any treatment.Only choices were to put her down (so they could make money) or take her home.I chose to bring her home,I wanted to spend any minutes with her. They handed my cat, gave me $50 back and no return. My cat was breathing so hard, she died in the clinic less than one minute right after they handed her to me.She knew she would die if she gave her X-ray. Why did she offer X-ray and shortened my cat's life.No one returned to see my cat.Cruel! ALL FOR MONEY!!

You never know what Vet you'll get to see. Normal wait time with appointment is an hour plus. Dirty old building. Sky high prices. My dog was bit in the lobby during an hour long wait. Now we sit in the car using up gas to cool car. Dog poop all over front lawn. Told if we buy our heart worm and fleas meds on line, they won't see our pets again. Today's wait in the car had done it for me. I won't be back.

I brought my pets to this clinic for a few years and then finally had enough. A few things prompted me to go elsewhere. First, the time it takes to see the vet versus your appointment time...don't hold your breath. You WILL wait at least an hour...period. Secondly, it got to a point that it was all about the money. There were two times that when we met with the vet, they were done examining the animal within five minutes. You be the judge on that one. There are better vet clinics with more caring people. Use this clinic only if it's the last resort. Would not recommend.

One of the only vet facilities that would look at a feral cat. Great prices, great staff. You don't see the same vet each time but I think you can request it for a little extra. Will actually do very young spay/neuter too.

Been using this clinic for 4 years. Have always had reasonably good service. I've never had to have anything done other than basic normal stuff but we've always been pleased with them to this point. The prices are VERY reasonable. I phoned several local clinics when we moved here and they were by far the most prices worthy. We actually live in Santa Rosa County and drive to Pensacola.
