The people here are amazing! I was nervous that my grumbly dog would give everyone lots of trouble on his first appointment, but they were careful and attentive and awesome with him. It was such a relief! The office is clean and everyone is friendly, and I will be glad to come back.

Dr. Ness and Staff are the best...outstanding care by outstanding staff. My pup, Patch loves to go there....so when your dog is happy to see them and not afraid....well I think that says a lot..........thank you for all you do for Patch.

I am treated well here, and even more importantly my pets are treated well. The staff and Dr. Ness are awesome.

I brought my dog here for surgery. The staff are great. The cost was fair and would have cost much more elsewhere. The quoted price includes all options, including those not necessarily needed, allowing these items to be detected. I'm very pleased with the care my dog received.

I have been taking my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel to Dr. Ness et al since we got him at 18 weeks of age. Our pup loves to go there and I have always found the staff to be very helpful. We have been battling Giardia and are still not over it but they always address my concerns. This is a parasite that can be troublesome to get rid of. I would recommend this clinic to others. I am very satisfied with the care my puppy receives. We walk by there all the time and they always take time to say a quick hello if we pop our heads in. Keep up the great work gals!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Glenridge. I have been taking my pets there since Dr Jolly was there and they have always treated my pets wonderfully. There has never been a problem with paying and they always understood when I had a financial issue. Thank you all the Staff at Glenridge for everything.

Great clinic! Good prices! Informative and very friendly vet/staff. I have a large dog and they took him in no problem :) He loves going there and will continue to go there. In my opinion, Dr. Ness is one of the best vets in the region. To those complaining about prices, they should really call around and get truly informed before commenting. If you were quoted 1300$, you probably had a really sick animal. In addition, since when are vets obligated to give payment plans? When you get your car fixed, you wouldn't dare ask the mechanic for a payment plan....if you can't afford a pet, be the bigger person (the responsible person) and don't own a pet. Be the informed person and know how much things cost, and save money in case of emergencies. I guarantee that your 1300$ would have been double at certain other clinics within the region, and even triple if you went to the emergency clinic. Nothing angers me more than people basing the quality of a clinic based on cost.

Have a dog a rescued dog with heartworm vet quoted over $1300.00.for treatment.I asked to make payments with post dated checks was refused..woman that does billing said "if you dont get him treated he will have to be euthanized"...very disheartening! looking for alternative treatment or somewhere I can make payments monthly

I really love this vet. They are so good with my dog Thunder and explained everything. Thunder was so relaxed there he just layed on the floor and all the treats they doctor would give him. The staff is great as well very nice and understanding. Please don't anywhere Thunder loves you guys.

I took my dog there and was pretty sure she was diabetic. I am on a very tight budget which they understood. They were extremely understanding, ran only the tests that need run and the dog was diagnosed. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, made me feel right at home and explained everything to me in detail. I got a genuine feeling that they cared about my dog and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend this clinic. And by the way, my dog is doing great now. Thankyou.

Great little clinic. No longer taking large dogs which is the only reason we switched. Great staff that make you feel at home.
