I love this clinic! The changes out front have been wonderful. I am always greeted with a smiling face, and they are always quick and happy to answer my questions. Any of the doctors I've seen have been amazing and you can tell that they all truly love what they do. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

This used to be a great clinic. Dr. Austin is great, but since she sold the clinic, it's really gone downhill. The new owners dumped almost all the support staff and hired new. They might be decent doctors, but aren't great people. They clearly don't understand the importance of the people under them. Both front staff and other vets got the boot- most for no good reason other than they wanted a fresh start, I guess. How can I trust someone to care for my pets when they don't even care for their staff?

Dr. Austin is amazing! As long as she is practicing, I will never take my pets to another clinic. I trust her implicitly. The receptionist Marcella is SO nice and the vet techs are sweet too. Denise is competent & efficient but I feel uncomfortable when she is at the front desk because she makes too many snide remarks about people, including her co-workers and they definitely don't deserve it! I gave overall good ratings regardless because Dr. Austin & the others are so awesome. Hopefully in the future they will be able to relocate to a bigger facility off of a less busy road with a bit more parking. They're not overcrowded or anything but could use just a few more spaces.

Brought my dog here with a broken leg . I wanted to change him to a less expensive clinic but the front end staff would not fax his info over. After 5 hours I went down in person and got my dog and his info . While this clinic may be good at specialty treatments (get your visa ready) I will never go here again.

I have a cat who is 14, brought her here for an issue with her paw. dr.jones saw her and was so wonderful. Very caring and paid extra attention to her problem. I will absolutely take my cat back to her again, best vet I've seen in a long time.

excellent dog and cat care at this clinic. The vets are very caring and explain everything very well, clinic staff are also very friendly and helpful. Yes, their services do cost more than some clinics, but, they only book a few surgeries each day, and, their quality of care is exceptional.

Prices are the highest in the city,reception staff are very cold and unwelcoming. Veterinarian staff are efficient but a bit cold too

I have 3 kittens, and I had taken them all to this vet for their vaccinations. The staff was HORRIBLE, very rude and ignored customers when they came in. The vets were great with the kittens and took the time to answer my questions, thats why I initially stayed but when it came to getting the 2 kittens spayed, the estimate for the cost for both was $1,100. I asked if they could do a payment setup where I pay for one kitten in full now and the next kitten in full the following month, the financial advisor, gave me such a hard time about this. I had to cancel their appointment because they went into heat, and then the following day I received a rude email from the financial advisor Angela saying how "it was good the kittens went into heat because now I would have to same up the money". The cost was not an issue, I could have payed it in full, but I'm a student and I feel they were not considerate of my situation. I will not be going to this vet again!

I will say they are a great clinic but extremely expensive. I was quoted $1000 to pull 2 baby teeth from my dog. Several other clinics quoted me under $300. My dog got very sick when he was a pup, it cost me $850 at Western to get him well and to this day I still don't know what was wrong with him. I have heard similar stories recently of excessive billing, I have since switched vets, simply because I can't afford them any longer.

Yes, it is a more expensive clinic in London, but you get what you pay for: Great Medicine! The doctors are very polite and courteous and love their patients. Dr. Stefanescu always takes the time to explain things in detail to me which I appreciate.

I have been going to this clinic for many years and all of the doctors are fantastic. Dr. Stefanescu takes care of my cat and she is very difficult, but he always takes the time to explain things and tries to make things easier in dealing with a very difficult kitty. Yes they are a bit more expensive, but I know I can trust them no matter what.

I have taken 3 cats I have had to thie establishment. The vets here are great, they take the time to explain everything to you and even follow up with phone calls to see how your cat is doing. My cat is diagnosed with feline irritable bowel syndrome. This is fatal in cats and the treatments used keep the cat comfortable until the time comes that he is suffering and has to be put to sleep. I have been going to these vets for a few years now and they and the techs and the office workers are the most kind and caring people you would ever want your pet to be cared for by. Dr. Grainger and Dr. Dailley have been the caregivers for my cat, I did see another vet and forgive me I can't remember her name. The have been wonderful and really help you when you become upset knowing that your pet does not have much time. I can't thank the western animal clinic's team enough for everything they have done. I will certainley take another pet there without question. Thanks Nancy and Bosco.

I have been taking my cats here for quite some time and I just love Dr.Millar - she is just great. I have also seen Dr.Thomas for an emergency situation and she took her time explaining everything to me even though they had to fit me in. Prices are a bit expensive but is definitely worth the care you receive since I know when my cat was sick, I got the opinion of at least 3 of their doctors.
