I dont see why there are so many low ratings... I absolutely LOVE this office. The wait is a little long at times, but we dont mind. All of the vets and their assistants have been nothing but kind and helpful! I love that they dont try to force procedures/vaccines that are unnecessary. They let you know their honest opinion and let you make the right decision. I have 2 small boston terriers who just love the vets... they think of them as the cookie ladies! I can call the vets office on any given day or time and someone will call me back to answer any questions or even come in to the office if need be! I wouldnt trust any other vet for my fur babies!!!

This is the worst Vet I have ever been to. I was visiting my mother and my dog had a problem. I took him to this charlatan who proceeded to run her had down my dog's back and tell me he had back problems and was in pain. My dog is very sensitive to pain (or a big wus) and would definitely tell me if he was in pain. My dog runs, jumps and is happy as a clam. Also her assistant was quite condescending, I may look young but there is no reason to be rude to your clients.

Even though there are plenty of veterinarians and support personnel, be prepared for a LONG wait, with no apologies either. The owners and pets should be treated in a friendlier manner by the staff, especially considering how expensive vet fees are. One more extended wait with an anxious pet and I am definitely switching vets.

I will not take my cat back to this facility. The vet never introduced herself, the room was dirty. My cat was scheduled for neuter and he couldn't have food after 7pm the evening prior and no water the morning of and they WAITED UNTIL 3PM TO PERFORM HIS 20 MINUTE PROCEDURE. Do not take you cat to a vet that handles canines. Go to Linda Stern...no dogs.

The service, staff, and quality of care at this facility is hand over fist better than any vet clinic in this area. We've entrusted our dogs and cats to their care for 15 years and would never go anywhere else. The empathy shown at the end of a pet's life is sincere, professional,and respectful as is the routine care provided. They are the BEST

This hospital is AAHA accredited which is great. They also take very good care of our animals. The doctors on staff are caring and will do anything they can to help a pet. It is a busy practice so sometimes the wait it a little long, but for the care they offer, it is worth it.
