My four cats have been expertly cared-for by Dr. Naqvi and his staff for fifteen years.The doctor thoroughly accesses my cat’s condition, explains diagnosis clearly and always gives treatment options, a sign of respect for me as a pet owner. Dr. Naqvi trains us well in how to administer home treatment. Their office has separate entrances for cats and dogs and they run on time within five minutes or so. He has shown a selfless sense of duty in being available when several of our cats needed compassionate end of life care. I give my highest recommendation.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They basically said, she's a rescue dog so she's not as important as our regular customers. I brought my puppy in to get spayed and when I called to pick her up, they said she's not ready to go home yet; they didn't want to send tired puppies home. So, I called the next morning and they HADN'T EVEN WORKED ON HER. They said they got too busy and didn't get to her. She was there for nearly TWO DAYS for NOTHING!
After being stuck in traffic for three hours to pick her up, they weren't even apologetic. They said because she's with a local rescue they were doing me a favor and they get to her when they can. They told me either bring her back on Monday or wait until February. They aren't even cheaper then the local spay/neuter clinics! WHAT FAVOR???
I will NEVER bring my dog to them again. They are deceptive, uncourteous, and condescending. If they treat customers that way, imagine how they'd treat your baby when you're not looking."
