I cannot express in words my gratitude during one of the most difficult periods of our family's life. My first impression of the warmth extended by this clinic was whilst speaking to Nicole which clarified my decision to change vets. I am so grateful for her! Dr. Kramer and her wonderful team gave our beloved Patchy outstanding care during her illness. We were able to say goodbye to our beautiful fur baby in the comfort of our home with the utmost love & respect from Dr. Kramer & Elise. Thank you to all the staff at Kingsdale Animal Hospital

Kingsdale is our Community Veterinarian Clinic. The Veterinarians, Technicians & Support staff are professional and compassionate. Our family's pets (from guinea pigs to cats and currently a dog) have received excellent care for a wide range of medical issues over 25+ years. This Clinic maintains current diagnostic equipment and the Veterinarians are knowledgeable about developments in the Veterinary field. Our family trusts this Clinic, (and our dog loves the attention and the dog treats she gets from the Staff.)

We changed to Kingsdale after a recommendation from a friend, we have been going there now for 2 years and we couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and personable! Their treatment is always honest and 100% I recommend them for all my friends and families pets!

I can't say enough about the excellent care my pets receive at Kingsdale Veterinary Clinic. The staff is both knowledgeable and caring. More specifically, I want to thank Dr. Ashley Boultbee for going above and beyond to provide my dog Rosie with the best solutions for her illness (cancer) giving her an amazing, symptom free last year of life!

Kingsdale animal hospital has cared for our pets for over 15 years. They have all had excellent care and the support staff is amazing!! The respect and sensitivity they showed us during the traumatic times has been remarkable. They are animal enthusiasts with the most respect for both pet and owner.

Excellent service for regular and more specialized care. Very good for dental work, I've had both a dog and a cat in with broken/damaged teeth that required surgery. The cat also needed her jaw wired and her tongue stiched together, very delicate work which healed beautifully. We apprecaite the excellent standard of care whenever we bring our animals in.

Where do I begin? Okay, back to 2006 when we brought our darling Toy Poodle Shadow into our lives. We were told about Kingsdale from his breeder who brought her dogs to him. Right from day one, they have been VERY professional and all I can say is, if it wasnt for Dr Ashley Boultbee, our little guy wouldnt be with us anymore. She diagnosed a serious problem with his health and helped him with meds and a change of diets. Brilliant, Professional and Immaculate. What more can I say? I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ashley Boultbee and Dr John Sowerby. Professionalism ALL the way and THANK YOU so much for being there for us. We appreciate you all SO much for everything.

I brought my dog in for a physical examination, and was scolded for a good 15 minutes about my views on repeat yearly vaccinations. Perhaps it was the way I was dressed - I probably have more educational credentials than most vets (outside of medicine though) - I was treated like a second rate citizen here. Instead of being asked 'what are your concerns about over vaccination?', I basically got a 15 minute lecture that I'm an idiot and an irresponsible dog owner. If you enjoy going to the same old same old 'cookie-cutter' vet from the University of Guelph, by all means, go to this vet. If you want someone with an open mind, go elsewhere.

They are wonderful! What can I say? Their focus is on the wellness of your animal, and they do the best they can every day. Dr. Boultbee has been our pet’s primary vet for 14 years. The staff at Kingsdale animal hospital goes above and beyond to make all our family members feel comfortable. I wouldn’t ever go to any other vet!

Before I bought my dog, the pet store I bought her from brought her here. They are absolutely amazing. Dr Kean takes such good care of my dog. They are cheaper than other vets closer to the city. My dog just needed surgery, they took excellent care of her, and helped fill out all of my vetinsurance papers.
