I went here years ago with my cat, and had the same experience. I'm sorry that it hasn't changed. The office looks nice, but the staff takes almost a military approach to animal "restraint." Not very compassionate, and not cheap.

If u hate ur dog or cat take them here!They treat cats the worst here Dr.Hanks swears by his "cat holds" many if not all cats freak out when they do there "holds" thats why they take ur pets to the back to do exams and give vax's so u dont see ur pet freak out and gag on piss themselves. the tech are very rough with dogs as well. Once a dog came in from a pit bull fight an i was petting the poor animal that was shaking an dr. hanks yelled at me "what are u doing this is not a petting zoo!!!" An there Manager is so stupid and annoying! Oh and somebody needs to call about the way they hire there if u notice only mexicans work in the back and yes there illegal. If i never had worked for this place i would never believe just walkin into this clinic that they are so cruel. Once an elderly lady brought in her cat an while Dr. Hanks was examing her pet she ask "how much will all this cost" an he stop dead in his work an said if u need to ask me that question take ur pet somewhere else.
