All good but overpriced. Owning a pet should not break the bank.

Very poor experience during the first visit. First the vet was late for a long while and my appointment was almost the earliest in the morning and there didn't seem to be any emergency. Second, the vet did nothing more than answering a couple questions that I asked. There was even no temperature measurement, no suggestions and overall consultation. The vet asked if this is my first pet, I said yes. You would expect they shared more after this question? Not at all, it was silence. They didn't care. I will not go back again.

If I can give 0 Stars, I definitely will......It is totally a $$$$$ comes first before service client. The receptionist was VERY RUDE when I first called to them (after reading the "limited" reviews of this client, I decided to give a try to bring my dog for dental work). I told her I want to take my dog for dental work, she was questioning me why do I think my pet needs one. She then asked me do I have a regular vet (she gave me a feeling that If I have a regular vet, then why you call us, just want a quote???), when I answered I do have a regular vet, she then told me to bring the dog in first, then talk. She didn't give me a quote for the gentle dental work. After calling twice when I requesting for the ball part price for dental work charges, she told me in a condescending way saying that at least $1,000 and up. My immediate feeling is she wants to tell me if you cannot afford and just call around for a quote, don't bother. This is the First impression of this client. She ma

We have been going to Green Lane since first acquiring our dog from the Toronto Humane society 4 years ago. Green Lane was very highly recommended by a close friend of ours, who has dealt with them for years, and she was absolutely right, we have been very pleased right from the start.
All of the staff are very knowledgeable and keep up to date on the latest issues and clinical techniques. The vets are very good clinically, as well as very kind and generous with their time, and provide expert, thoughtful and compassionate care
They have taken very good care of our girl and we would not go anywhere else.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, communication is excellent and they give a concise explanation of your pet diagnosis and prognosis. Pricing is competitive, but he service makes up for it. I have been taking the dogs and cat there for four years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I rescued a stray cat. This poor cat was in really bad shape. Dr. Sermer diagnosed and successfully treated him. He recovered and has since been adopted into a loving home. Dr. Sermer is the kindest and most caring vet I have met. Two thumbs up for Dr. Sermer and her wonderful team!

I switched from another animal hospital to Green Lane 3 years ago and I'm very happy to say that I've make the right choice. The primary reason why I decided to switch was that the previous animal hospital has grown over and they hired a lot of technicians to help out. I found that the vets were always busy and I ended up spending more time discussing my concerns with the technician than getting face time with the vet. In contrast, Dr. Tara Sermer and her staff members genuinely care for the well-being of my dog above anything else, and the cost of the service is actualy cheaper than the previous animal hospital. I like the fact that Dr. Sermer spends time to listen and understand your concerns and will take as much time as required to make sure you understand the situation and procedures involve. She also always tries to find the most cost effective way to treat my dog. Green Lane Animal Hospital truly surpresses my expectations.

I travel from downtown Toronto to this clinic and I highly recommend them. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sermer is caring, considerate and compassionate. She cares about the feelings of both the animal and the human. I always feel confident when my dogs and cats are in her care.

Recently became a dog owner again, after a pro-longed period. Simply put Dr. Sermer and her team are truly AMAZING! Both man and beast felt at home and comfortable. Booking an appointment was easy and the staff were so nice and helpful. Dr. Sermer is a compassionate, knowledgeable Vet that "has" the time to speak and listen to her patient and patient's owner. Green lane Animal Clinic is clean and modern. I found the pricing fair for the value received.

she is now my vet; left my old one after i found her! VERY knowledgaeble with MANY years of experience! she understands EXACTLY what the owners are going thru in terms of emotions/feelings and non-judgemental. knows that it isn't easy for owners and knows not everything is a quick fix. willing to spend as long as you want in appt with her and answers every question you have! my only issue is the other vets that work weekends/some nights. i personally didn't like them, but i have a unique breed and ive only meet ~4 vets in the uptown area who have had experience with them. so everytime i make an appt, i specifically ask for dr. sermer and i ONLY see her. another perk: she can communicate with you thru email!!! the staff are very friendly, and professional!

Recently my 2-year-old cat Rocky got very sick. I was so scared and worried for my baby boy. I took him to Green Lane animal hospital, where he was accurately diagnosed and successfully treated by Dr. Sermer. Dr. Sermer and her staff followed up with us via telephone multiple times throughout his recovery. This vet is the best vet I have ever done businees with. She is extremely kind and compassionate and has done a wonderful, professional job. Will continue to visit them for many years to come.?
