All good but overpriced. Owning a pet should not break the bank.

I rescued a stray cat. This poor cat was in really bad shape. Dr. Sermer diagnosed and successfully treated him. He recovered and has since been adopted into a loving home. Dr. Sermer is the kindest and most caring vet I have met. Two thumbs up for Dr. Sermer and her wonderful team!

I switched from another animal hospital to Green Lane 3 years ago and I'm very happy to say that I've make the right choice. The primary reason why I decided to switch was that the previous animal hospital has grown over and they hired a lot of technicians to help out. I found that the vets were always busy and I ended up spending more time discussing my concerns with the technician than getting face time with the vet. In contrast, Dr. Tara Sermer and her staff members genuinely care for the well-being of my dog above anything else, and the cost of the service is actualy cheaper than the previous animal hospital. I like the fact that Dr. Sermer spends time to listen and understand your concerns and will take as much time as required to make sure you understand the situation and procedures involve. She also always tries to find the most cost effective way to treat my dog. Green Lane Animal Hospital truly surpresses my expectations.

I travel from downtown Toronto to this clinic and I highly recommend them. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sermer is caring, considerate and compassionate. She cares about the feelings of both the animal and the human. I always feel confident when my dogs and cats are in her care.

she is now my vet; left my old one after i found her! VERY knowledgaeble with MANY years of experience! she understands EXACTLY what the owners are going thru in terms of emotions/feelings and non-judgemental. knows that it isn't easy for owners and knows not everything is a quick fix. willing to spend as long as you want in appt with her and answers every question you have! my only issue is the other vets that work weekends/some nights. i personally didn't like them, but i have a unique breed and ive only meet ~4 vets in the uptown area who have had experience with them. so everytime i make an appt, i specifically ask for dr. sermer and i ONLY see her. another perk: she can communicate with you thru email!!! the staff are very friendly, and professional!
