My beautiful pooch of 17.5 yrs Umbro has been going here since we got her. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done, I am so thankful for the caring service that they provided. They knew she was family to us and had us at ease. I thank you for giving us the peace we needed. I appreciate the time and love the cards you gave us with her paw prints. Thank you for making our day more bearable.

Very bad clinic. Its very dirty and they have no qualified staff. They have a huge staff turn over and they never seem to know what they are doing. The staff seem to not shower either they wreak! The receptionists are very rude and think they know everything. The animals are not put first and the owner is only there to take your money and do a bad job taking care of your pet. If you don't want your beloved pets to suffer or die of infection stay far far away for this place and their other location Redcliff vet.

My cat is a diabetic, on the plus they were the ones who diagnosed him. On the negative, they used caninsulin to control his insulin, they did not offer wet food. When I did some research and learned about an alternative insulin I asked about it, they said they don't usually use it but they would order it in for me. I was very pleased with this and was shortly after very unhappy. I have a friend who is a vet tech, she mentioned that the needles used with caninsulin are measured out at 40u/ml rather than the typical 100u/ml. When my new insulin arrived I asked about chaning needles, they said to give the exact same dose using the same needles. I asked again about the dose, and was told to use it. They looked at me like I had 4 heads. I called for another opinion, turns out 1 dose of this insulin would have killed him, they had no records that I even had purchased this insulin, oh and what I was told was a diabetic ulcer in his mouth is a tumor and needs surgery. NOT COMING BACK!

When i struggled to get the help my dog needed to fix her broken leg Valley Pet Hospital was the only vet clinic in the city that would help me. My dog's leg is now fixed and she is doing much better. The staff at this vet treated me and my dog very well. I would reccomend this Hospital to everyone !

Thank you to Valley Pet Hospital Staff for their support of Animal Rescue Projects in the community. The clinic has donated several pounds of dog and cat food to Persian Dreams Rescue and has helped with several spay/neuters. Thanks again to Dr. Dave Khurme and staff.

I see some horror stories here, but I am satisfied with my experience. The doc seems to know his business and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They take emergency calls, the price seems fair, it's close to my house, and the waits are short.

We have been taking our dog to this clinic for over 2 years and have always been pleased with the service we receive. We have not experienced a change in the treatment we get for our pet, or the overall service since the clinic changed owners. If anything it may seem a little more friendly and all the the staff know my dog by name. Dr. Khurmi is kind and gentle and cares about my dog. I always recommend people to this clinic if asked for a vet referral.

i was extremely happy with the care my 4 & half yearold purebred german shepherd. this clinic is assocated with another clinic in redcliff and when i took my dog in the vet was wonderful he even came with us to valley pet to follow up with my dogs care,my dog was vomiting and lost 20 pounds he was very sick and in kidney failure.this clinic was so warm and welcoming to myself and my dog,he recieved amazing care including 2 night stay alot of blood work and xrays, the clinic informed me of all results as soon as they had it and helped me decide the best plan of care, they followed up with me with phone calls in the morning and evening over the 2 nights he was there. when i picked him up he was much better then when i droped him off,2 weeks late i brought him back for follow up as asked, and when we came im the staff greeted me and the dog,who was very excited to see the staff,i think this clinic provides amazing care to both animals and there owners,i am glad i took my dog to valley pet!!

since this clinic was under new ownership, it has gone downhill...the staff know nothing about the care of animals..they had a staff walk out of 4 docs and 9 staff memebers this passed may 2011..and since than cant keep staff on hand...the owner now is a complete idoit ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO VALLEY PET OR REDCLIFF VET SERVICES he owns that one to !! he has court cases against him right now, and abuse on animals...

As an owner of 4 dogs I have been dissaapointed by this clinic numerous times since the new ownership but since I had such great experiences from the past I kept giving them a chance! Yesterday was the last time, a small surgury for a cut on my dogs face which maybe totalled 6 stiches and the bill was $750 dollars, ridiculous. Worst of all, as my husband was walking out with our dog they realized that they still had the I.V. needle in her leg... brutal! Have checked with another clinic in town, showed them the bill, they said I was definitely ripped off which I assumed already! Have moved all 4 of my dogs over to this other clinic now and will never return... Miss u Dr. Cant & Dr. Fisher, so sad they ruined the business you spent years building!

This clinic has definatley gone DOWNHILL. Dr. Cant had been my vet for numerous years and was such a compassionate, caring vet. I was in the last day she was there and the other people were wandering around the clinic. No speaking no acknowledgment at all. Very rude,I would not go to this business again!! The business was excellant up until the sale of same. And there was a notice in the paper that both Dr Cant and Dr Fisher were no longer associated with the clinic. Again they were the best......

Please, Please don't take your puppy here, we had ours spayed and they just butchered her and we have the pictuers to prove it, poor care, not compassionate and totally un-orginized is how I describe this once great pet hospital and we have a very traumatized puppy. We were not aware they had changed hands. Just Discusting!!!!

I have been going to this vet for years with my dogs. I have chinchillas now and the dr.cant was amazing. But I wasnt notified by anyone when she left and now cant get into see anyone. The other vets dont seem to care that my animals are small and scared of fast movements. My one chinchilla was dying and Wazir did nothing. Dr Cant finally took him for tests and was back in less than a hour with the problem. I really didnt enjoy the service from the staff

i took my cat in for a dental evaluation. before i knew what was happening the old man that treated him stuck his knarled old fingernail up in my cats gums and scraped off the tartar. my cat was obviously uncomfortable. then the old man dissappears only to come back with antibiotics. he had cut up my cats gums and suggested i use the antibiotics for a week.....effectively ruining my weekend plans to go out of town on top of it all. i have heard that there is a good woman vet there...though i'm not sure of anyone's names. i won't be going back.
