Our cat was blocked (can't pee), and we brought him in to Willowdale and they did urine, came back with lots of crystals. they gave me an estimate and OMG, you do not want to know $$$$, at that point i was already thinking of selling one of my kidney. Then one lady in my building mentioned TCAC, that they bring their dog to this clinic and they are very happy with the service and the cost. I figure, what the HEY! i called immediately and i spoke to the tech name Rozell, and she is very informative and i can tell she knows a lot. she suggested to bring cat in and to cut cost asked me if the previous clinic did any testing. By the time of the appointment, they are ready to talk to me about what has to happened which i obviously know. They made an estimate which BTW, it is way lesser than the other vet. They did MANGINA surgery on my cat, and ever since he is good and peeing just fine and no problem since. These people saved my boy and I REALLY RECOMMEND THEIR EXPERTISE.

Our pets are like our children and we have the best there is as far as vet care of our "fur kids". We had an American Eskie who had a lot of health issues. Because of Dr. Badri & his team, our Eskie lived to over 16 years old. We now do Rescues (dogs and cats)and we take them to Toronto Central Animal Clinic as well, because we know that they will get the best care & compassion there. Actually to be truthful, we wish that they could treat humans, we'd have them as our health care professionals as well. We have recommended Toronto Central Animal Clinic to quite a few people that have been looking for a good place to get good vet care for their "Fur Kids" The place to go for good Vet care for your "Fur Kids" is Toronto Central Animal Clinic.

I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. We recently went thru a heart wrenching experience there with our young dog. By the time we were done we were milked for $600 and went home without our dog. Nicole, the one who sits at the front desk, is extremely cold, rude, and unprofessional. I'm shocked to read she's planning to be a DVM. Dr. Badri has no bedside manner at all. Dr. Raza is much nicer. Still, take my advice and run as far away from this place as you can get! We were told it would cost $140 to have our dog put to sleep, cremation included would be an additional $40. We were so upset when it came time to pay the bill, we neglected to notice Nicole billed our credit card for $278 and we didn't even have our dog cremated. We took him with us. Once again, RUN! And RUN FAST!!!! Absolutely horrible and dishonest when it comes to check-out time. Never, ever again.

For the sake of your pet and wallet don't take your pet here. Terrible service and unnecessary treatments.

I brought my dog in over the xmas holidays of 08 since he was vomiting excessively. After a litany of tests (totaling over $1200) the clinic failed to recognize the results from one of these test that indicated pancreatitis. As a result of this oversight, the clinic recommended another series of tests costing extra money. Of course, the vomiting hadn't stopped for another two weeks which almost killed my 11 yr old Lhasa Apso. Finally I decided to go to my own vet (who had been out of town over the holidays) and he read the initial tests and was shocked that they hadn't notice the obvious results indicating pancreatitis. After one short treatment, my dog recovered and is now back to normal. Not only did this clinic miss the diagnoses, but they almost allowed my dog to die and cost me an extra $1000. I managed to get some of the money back but only after many denials and heated arguments. I wouldn't go to this clinic again even if they were the only one available.
