there is a lot of product pushing going on here. the staff is very rude. the doctors are very nice but if they make a mistake they are too busy covering their butt for any type of customer service. I would not recommend them.

Where to start. Not even 5 mins after I had to put my cat of 19 years down, they asked me for my credit card. I was a customer there for 10 years. I always paid them. I think they could have at least waited for me to stop balling.
A few months later I brought my next cat in. She started licking compulsively. Both doctors tried everything from allergy testing, kitty prozac, a cone, steroid shots... I spent over $4000 and 8 months trying to fix my cat. Finally I brought her for a second opinion. My new vet took a skin scrap and diagnosed my cat in 10 mins. She had demodactic mange. I paid 13 dollars for a bottle of lime dip, have her baths for 10 weeks, and she was fixed. Worst of all, all the steroids they pumped her with made her borderline diabetic so she was on a special diet for awhile.

My 4 year old cat was groomed at their facility. He was oversedated and now my cat can only see out of one eye and he cant stand, he staggers to walk and he is depressed. I am seeking help from other doctors now and considering hiring an attorney. My cat may never be the same healthy cat again.

Very clean & friendly hospital. They have everything from grooming and boarding to laser surgery and endoscopy. My pet has never had such an extensive exam. The doctor answers his own after hours calls. Dr. Antunano performs a new procedure called Vet Stem to treat arthritis and hip problems in dogs. The hours are convenient and they are open on Saturdays. My dog was spayed using laser and you would never know she had major surgery. I've been very happy with my clinic because they really care about my pet and they treat us like family.
