We are clients of 20 years. During this time, we have experienced unparalleled devotion to our pets. When we moved to Annapolis, one of our dogs was promptly diagnosed with a problem our previous vet missed for years. We witnessed time and again Bay Ridge vets tirelessly seeking answers and having compassion when our dogs came from difficult beginnings, developed a rare disease, had a health emergency, or sadly, when it was time for us to say good-bye. Regarding a previous review, we have this to say: Pets don't just come for annual wellness visits. If a client expects care, compassion, and time to ask questions for their pet, perhaps they should be understanding that other clients and pets deserve the same. Having experienced health emergencies with our dogs, we also understand that sometimes our appointment may be delayed and that's just fine with us. We now have moved 50 miles from our vets, but we continue driving to Bay Ridge because from our experience they are the best.

I've enjoyed taking our cats here. Always helpful and personal. They take time to answer questions & are positive even when our cat isn't acting very friendly. Prices for medicine are competitive, and they match internet prices. Very caring towards animals & people. Have had to wait now and then, but nothing extreme.

I've been taking my dogs over there for 4 years, and generally content. Negative: rather expensive, never on time with scheduled appointments; they could not diagnose one of my pets for a few months.
