I brought my cat in to check on an ear discharge which was diagnosed by this clinic as an infection caused by ear mites and given some kind of cleaner to keep the ears clean. The discharge never went away, though, and I got a reference to an excellent vet, so I took him there instead. It was actually caused by lesions in the ear bursting and then draining. Not only a misdiagnosis, but the "treatment" they prescribed was actually causing him incredible pain. The vet also missed a lump in his tyroid gland, which thankfully turned out to be benign when it was removed. In addition, the vet tech was horrible to us about the ear discharge, telling us we didn't know how to take care of our cat and that was why he had the infection, which is ironic considering the misdiagnosis. It's cheap, but not in the long run. Will not use for any services again.
