	2/2/09	3	5	4	2	Most of the staff are friendly, however they are quick to suggest and push tests that are expensive and don't suggest alternative therapies. At our recent yearly exam they didn't even take my dog's temperature and suggested a $2000 surgery instead of steroid therapy and crate rest.
