My pets have done better since moving to Fergus. My dog warmed up to the vet after 2 visits and he is timid because he was a rescue. The tables that lift up are great for me since the height is adjustable for me. Dianne gets my supplies quickly when I ask. We are on a fixed income and wish vets were cheaper, but they are better than the city. We like going there.

THE WORST VET I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Dr. Worden is only concerned with what is in your wallet and has NO personality. He couldn't wait to slap a huge quote (over $1500) for an unnecessary procedure that would have inflicted pain, unnecessary stress and a long recovery on my pet. In the process of a pathetic half assed, over priced visit, he missed the crucial cause of what was happening to our beloved pet and now our pet is dead.
I've gone to another animal clinic THANK GOD with my other pets and they have charged me HALF of what this Vet does and I have received the utmost care, compassion and concern for our pets.
And - this was NO MISINTERPRETATION. It was clearly stated what their treatment was going to be which was WRONG. I understood very clearly. Any response I've had from this clinic is a sad attempt to cover their costly misdiagnosis.

Dr Worden and staff are kind, knowlegable and caring. Very good use of technology. Dr. Worden truly loves his patients and it shows. Diane is wonderful and always goes above and beyond. The staff really make the office and I hope Dr. Worden knows this!

I liked the staff and the dr. I have two large puppies adn they have been extremely good with them. They told me prices up front before they did any procedure. They handled an emergancy with one of my dogs like super stars. Overall I am very happy with this clinic

We took our 2 new kittens and they have been treated extremely well both by Dr. Rae and by the staff. The staff are always friendly and if they don't know an answer they work hard to find the information you are looking for. Their interest is first and foremost in the gentle care of the animals right down to freezing an area before administering a vaccination (a relatively new and uncommon practise aimed at reducing animal discomfort) They have online services and are forward thinking in how they can serve their customers better. Overall I have had a really positive experience and look forward to vitising them in their new facilities.

We have dealt with many vets and clinics in the past. When we found Fergus Vet Hospital we were so impressed. The interest of the animal comes first here and there wasn't a question we wouldn't get answered. We admire the level of expertise and the true commitment to the animals. I love the online record keeping which allows me to view lab results and medical history any time I want. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison with other places we have experience with. We travel all the way from Kitchener, that's how happy we are with this clinic.

Did not like their practice. Felt their pricing structure was unfair. They did a physical on my dog, shots and all and I paid a pretty penny for it...the vet asked me to bring the dog back in a week, just to check on something...so I did and was then billed another $85. That was pretty shady. We have not been back since.

Unorganized. Not very helpful. If they disagree with you they would rather drop you as a client than try to find a solution.
