Over vaccinated our dogs. They had the records from our old vet and failed to even look at them. When I brought up that our dogs were not due for Rabies vaccines I was completely dismissed and told that I was wrong. They give poor veterinary care based on assumptions. Don't risk your pets health for low prices.

Best friends animal hospital in Ozark Mo. We boarded our dogs there for one week. I checked it out two weeks before. The staff were nice it looked clean. This place is new just built. So I set the day. Not only did they get the date wrong the pick up price for sunday was never brought up until later. $20.00 per dog. We thought oh well anyone gan make a mistake. Well they did. We picked up our pets and all were sick with pneumonia. They looked good they were so happy to see us. I thought my yorkie smelled so good just like he had been gromed Except had not ben brushed. This is a long haired yorkie. I thought wow he has lost weight, come to find out 1lb. alot when you only weigh 6lbs. The bed was still wet we ask why they said the washed them the day before. So at this point that ment dogs sleeping on wet beds in January in an ice storm. When we called our own vet because thy were all sick. We found out they had pneumonia. We were told they had to potty in there beds.
