They pretend about "caring" for your pet, when in reality they are just looking at ways to charge you more. In my experience, I saw three different people discussing how mistreated they were and/or how expensive this place was..since my vet referred me to them this afternoon, and my dog needed an specialist I decided to walk-in and wait for the doctor..well, to my surprise, they wanted between $1800 to $2200 to help my dog's paw, which has a 1cm laceration/wound on his paw... after discussing with the Nurse and telling him that I could not afford it, they told me that was nothing they could do, then the receptionist told me that whenever I am ready with the cash please come back; But wait, while I was ready to leave, they handed me a bill for $150 ($90 for the 5 mins specialist consultation, and $60 because they wanted to change the bandage my vet put on his paw at 2 PM), I was in this place for 35 minu RID: 68465

I have a 3 year old pure bred English bulldog with a common bulldog issue a "corkscrew tail and deep tail fold" that became so infected it was impossible for us to take care of. We went to countless doctors and were willing to spend any dollar amount needed. We took him to dr. Brower at this office, not only did he barley even look at his tail, he never took any cultures to find out what bacteria he had and what medicine would kill it. He then quoted us 3000$ for a tail amputation surgery. Fast forward to a month after being on the medicine he prescribed that did absolutely nothing, we are now at a loss for what to do and in the verge of putting his down to avoid any pain he has been in. We get a recommendation to another vet quite far from us although we are willing! Thankfully we take him he then cultures him go find out that he is carrying ecoli and staff mersa, deadly to the 5 month old that I have RID: 62740

Unfortunately they cannot save every dog and cat with complicated veterinary issues, but for all but routine care this is where I know my pets will get the required care to ensure their lives are as comfortable and long as possible. I trust Corey Brown, Rebecca Lin and owner Roy with my "unusual breed" of dogs and have nothing but positive experiences with this state of the art facility which is open 24/7 for emergency walk-ins. This is by far the best veterinary facility in Palm Beach County and I'd recommend them to all who has issues not solved by their regular vet. This is not a place for routine care and cost reflect this. Very friendly front staff and techs. RID: 40934
Click to report rating    11/10/12   1     1     1     1   the staff in the front are unfriendly and disorganized. They claim 24/7 emergency clinic and I have been told they are closed... They agreed to provide a timely service that never happened when paid upfront causing loss of a life that with proper treatment could have been prevented. I would advise to go elsewhere if you love your pet. RID: 38395
Click to report rating    9/11/12   2     3     1     1   I took an ailing dog here, and the vet I saw took it upon herself to "decide" that all his prior treatment was wrong, and took him off his medication. She cost him his health, a LOT of money and several months setback, as the poor dog suffered from his "care". This "specialist" seemed to think it was acceptable to disregard every care that had been taken to help this dog and set off on a path unrelated to the reason I took him there. The bloodwork I had done there cost me a whopping $100 dollars more than it cost at my regular vet, PLUS I had to wait almost two HOURS for my appointment. my 2 pm appointment, and the waiting for bloodwork results (which usually takes twenty minutes) I was there from 1:30 til after five pm, and all that was done was exam bloodwork, and change of meds that almost took this poor dog out.
