They "saved" my cats life! My cat was spayed at 6 months old by the TLC Cat clinic in plymouth. TLC cat clinic said my cat had a birth defect where they couldn't find her left ovary or urtrine horn so there was still a chance she'd go into heat. Sure enough every 2 months my cat was in heat. Brought her to Monticell-Big Lake Pet hospital and took my chances with them performing a exploratory surgery on her and they found the WHOLE urtrine horn AND the left ovary!!! Plus I was told by TLC cat clinic I would have to bring her to the U of M to have this surgery done and it would cost at least $700. Monticello - Big Lake Pet Hospital charged me $250! Thank you Monticello-Big Lake Pet Hospital!

Staff was friendly and even stayed late on a holiday because wife forgot to bring along payment. They provide a solid second option. Offered a treatment solution that provide our cat with a positive outlook after not eating for 5+ days. Was sent home with information on how to care for the problem our cat is having. Vet was very friendly and treat my wife with respect. Very happy with our service and it was cheaper than the other vet that failed to provide a possible solution to the problem our cat was facing. Some services offered by this vet are more than 1/2 what other vets are asking such as microchiping our cat. We are sticking with this vet from now on.
