Staff was 'eh. Exam rooms are open and don't have doors on them which I didn't like. Reception seemed preoccupied. Pricey services. One of my dogs had a nail mostly ripped out and they pulled the remaining part of the nail out-no anesthetic! My dog screamed a sound that almost broke glass! He's still scared of vet clinics a year later even though we left here and went elsewhere because he remembered that pain.

The staff was unprofessional and rude. The receptionst was too busy surfing the net to acknowledge my long wait. The nurse had an attitude. Although I did like the doctor that treated my sick dog I will not be going back. Was overpriced in my opinion as well.
