We took our dog to Dr. Bobby for an annual check. She got a clear bill of health. Less than 2 months later, we took our dog to another vet while on vacation. Without hardly putting a scope on our dog, she diagnosed advanced mitral valve disease. Tests have shown our dog has severe mitral valve heart disease. We learned this should have been diagnosed within the last few months (or years) with this vet. Unfortunately, this was sloppy work from a vet who appeared to be competant, but dropped the ball.

I brought my pet in for extensive diagnostics. The vet was unable to make a diagnosis. Several tests were repeated, and we learned only through another vet hospital what our pet had, and it was terminal. We were informed the illness was diagnosable and even clear through the tests Dr. Bobby had run and charged for multiple times. I would hesitate to recommend this vet for critical care or serious illness. This vet appears to be more geared for wellness and does not seem to want to treat more challenging cases. As a family, we were disappointed in his care.
