We are very pleased with Dr. Chet. He is practical, caring and a good analyst. After being with Dr. Chet for 5 years we went to another vet based on a friend's glowing recommendation and the fancy facilities available. Big mistake. We came back to Dr. Chet who was able to quickly determine that our dog had pancreatitis from some Zeniquin that another vet had given. Dr. Chet tried, but the damage was already done and our 7 yr. old Pomeranian ultimately died. Wished we had stayed with Dr. Chet. Have had no interaction with the other vets at this hospital. The staff have always been pleasant to us. The facilities are not fancy, but adequate.

My neighbor and I took our animals to be spayed with the Friends of Animals Certificate. We made the appt. two weeks in advance, dropped them off on time, just to get a call an hour later saying that they messed up and didn't accept our zip code. I asked to speak to the vet and he was AWFUL!!! He was scream and rude even though it was his staff that made the error.. if you love and care about your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE; not to mention when we got them they were in a dark corner crying.

Had a very bad experience with this vet. Staff is rude and they can not schedule you in even when there is a dire issue with your pet. Dr. Westfield is unprofessional and does not seem to care about the animals he is treating. I changed to another vet and since then, I am very happy.

Please make sure to have this Vet test your pets blood before nueter or spade. They will not disclose this information to you. We learned the hard way!
