I have been a client of this practice for over 25 years. Dr. Andre Gal and his staff are without a doubt the most caring people I have ever met in the business. They have all the expertise of the bigger hospitals, but are small enough to know each client and their pet by name. They never turn anyone away for any reason. In fact, at any given time you can find a few strays or rescues there being cared for at the facility. With a highly allergic dog on a number of medications, I am always looking for the best price on meds, and they usually match the prices of all the on-line pet med companies, even 1800petmeds.com. In a recent visit, Dr. Gal told me a story of his own dog, Zeus, a 13 year old who always greets clients at the door. He readied himself three times to say "goodbye" to him during a recent illness, but Zeus pulled through !The two full time techs, Karen and Shari, are fantastic, and show the utmost respect and compassion for client and pet. I highly recommend this hospital!

This veterinarian clinic is very welcoming for you and your pet. You can tell each employee there has a strong passion for animals. They are very helpful over the phone and in person. There is only one doctor there and three techs (two who have been there for 8 years) so it is very personable. They get to know your pet and treat them as their own. Dr. Gal also takes his time to explain things to you before and after any procedure and discusses prices with you so that you are prepared before anything is done. He also takes time out for phone calls concerning your pet and goes the extra length to make sure you have all the proper information. Also as far as x-rays are concerned, he not only takes the x-rays and gives youthe results at the time of your appointment, he also gets you a second opinion, free of charge by taking your x-ray to Unn. of Penn to be looked at. I highly recomend this to be the place to take your pet!!
