Dr Saldehna used to be our family vet. Yes they are overpriced but that can be rationalized if the treatment is top notch. I had my dog's entire history sent to them before transferring over. She had surgery fort stones almost a decade ago. When she exuded the same symptoms, we told him of this and promptly charged me for unnecessary tests and advised nothing was wrong. We had to point out the past surgery part AGAIN and he suggested MORE tests. Finally we had all records from him sent to our current vet. Within 15 min he knew her stones problem was back. Had this been caught a year ago she'd have been a year younger to possibly have a successful surgery. We are awaiting x-rays to see the severity but regardless of the treatment, she'll be suffering more for sure if this could have been addressed a year ago. What a shame to call himself a vet! It's very hard to catch at first as he's soft spoken and presents himself to be competent, but once my eyes were open, it's over!

Have to agree with other reviewers that this place is incredibly over-priced and perform unnecessary tests to get as much money out of you as possible. Why isn’t this place offering the two year rabies shot? Because they want to charge you yearly ... anyone who goes here is getting scammed. I found an amazing vet in Brampton who only charges for necessary tests. Also, got a quote to have my dog’s teeth cleaned, this place was 1.5 times more expensive then Brampton. Don’t waste your money here.

Dr. Saldanha is a very caring and professional veterinarian! I took my conure in today and was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. he was very honest. When asked if we should clip our bird's wings he was very honest and let us know that we should wait and that it wasn't necessary to clip the bird's wings. He did not encourage us to clip the birds wings to make a sale. I appreciated this honesty very much, as it can be difficult to come across a good, genuine and honest veterinarian. He was also very careful and gentle in handling my bird during the examination. He allows his patients to reach him after hours in case of emergency which is very helpful. I was a little nervous for tooty, since it was my first time bringing him to a vet but Dr. Saldanha and his stellar staff make us comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Saldanah and will certainly be visiting him again as I can count on him for his expertise, outstanding knowledge and courtesy he has for his patient's pets.

Terrible, brought in my dog to get his eyes checked up. Was told to just give him eye drops, that he had dry eyes. Situation got worst, I brought him to a specialist who said my dog has Glaucoma and is now BLIND in one eye. Never going there again. They are not cheap either, its funny the rest of the staff is nice but the vet is just trying to steal people`s money.

Dr. Kevin is a very good listener and very empathetic. We have taken our dog to him since we moved to the GTA 10 years ago and found his knowledge and his kindness in dealing with situations to be clearly above other vets. Now that our dog is reaching the end of her life, we feel comfortable in talking with him about her and with the gentle, kindly way he handles this very delicate situation. Thank you, Dr. Kevin for being there for us.

Dr Saldanha has been our vet for the last few years and I find the care good, however expensive. The boarding area is not that great though it has been improved. Overall good service and the staff are friendly and kind.

over-price. I brought my dog here for 12 years and it was only last year that i found out that Dr. Saldanha was over charging me. I had a new dog and i brought to different doctor and apparently, there are shots that i can get every other year. Dr. Saldanha administered these shots every year as a mandatory.

Vet has lack of competency. He diagnosed tumor in my cat's stomach, 2nd opinion been turned out a gascap; Cannot go there again, charging like a hell.

Pretty good. Got our bird treated...it's been 4 days since, the condition is much better. A bit pricey, but if it works for the animal, I think it's worth it.

vet was valuable help for a new cat owner, gave small details as well as the essentials. I found out I'm doing a good job of raising her (got her at 5 months old) but I'm feeding her too much.

The vet is very (very) knowledgeable. However, I've been there a few times (during regular business hours) for emergencies, and the vet was simply not at the clinic for one reason or another. So, while I feel like the pets are in good care while he is there, I feel somewhat abandoned and fearful for the times he is not. They should call the patients or update their site when he is off.

Staff are friendly, can tell they like animals. Its in an old renovated house, half updated. The Doctor is not always in and a few times I was the first appt of the evening or the morning and he is late. Some of their prices are expensive, but I believe the care is good.
