Dr Saini treated my 1 year old chihuahua for a broken footin April 2017. He recommended surgery to place micro plates and pins to the broken bones. The surgeon he that he advised me was board certified, was not, and my dog had to see another surgeon in April 2018, after a year no mending of the bones had occured. In the year severe infection set in, causing the loss of 2 toes, and the constant medication given to her has caused damage to her liver. He told me she would only live until December 2017, upon further investigation by an internal medicine specialist the damage is being treated and obviously she lived past December 2017. I apporached Dr Saini asking him to refund the thousands of dollars I had spent at his clinic, he chose to ignore my request. I also filed a complaint against Dr Saini and the surgeon Dr Dhaliwal with the Ontario College of Veternarians. The matter is still being investigated. He has been sanctioned by them previously, please be wary in your dealings with him

referred by my friend to this clinic, recently moved to this area, front staff is really compassionate and caring,Vet is also very understanding, listens and answer all my queries, there manager Maria is really very good, i like this clinic, definitely coming back

My cat was not feeling well and I took my cat to vet after finding it on internet. Staff upfront is really nice and make me feel comfortable, vet is very compassionate and understanding did explain everything to me regarding my cat problem, he suspected renal failure, and did asked me to have the blood work done, after the results of blood work next day he called me and explained the results on phone, I met again in person after, he did explain me the whole thing I would be expecting in renal failure. I feel really comforting that my cat is in good hands.

I had been referred by our neighbours to this clinic, told me if you want good care take your cats to this clinic, my cat melon has not been eating from last few days did not push me for anything, advised at least iv fluids, did iv fluids and radiographs later, end up getting better after IV, A Week later my other cat princess stopped eating, on examing he this time strongly recommended iv fluids and blood work, as some foul smell coming out of her mouth, when we go to pick her up in evening then we okayed for blood work and if everything is ok then go for dental on Monday, but he called us on Saturday to discuss the results, he advised us humane euthanasia as cat is not doing better at home and her kidney values are skyrocketed, we had to put out cat down but I do appreciate the honesty of vet as he could have asked to try more iv fluids or medication but he did not told us that at this values, very little can be done, and walked us very calmly through whole process.Thanks MVC

i used to come to this clinic about 15 yrs ago, this month again i had to visit clinic with my Mom cat Which has developed some swelling on one of his ears, though the there is lot of changes in clinic but staff is as courteous and empathetic as was before, new vet did patiently listen our problem and then thoroughly checked my Mom cat, and took some swab from the ear to check under microscope and come up with diagnosis of ear mite, and explained me thoroughly about the swelling, and how did it occur, and what is the line of treatment, I am very much pleased today that my cat is back with ear hematoma surgery and recovering well. I am very much relieved that I got the same care and attention for my pet which I got few years back, thanks Millcreek veterinary clinic

came here for second opnion with my dog ,my regular vet gave me $600 estimate for the ear problem, and did not want to gave any other option as I was little tight on finances this vet gave me the different options after listening to my financial situation, I am very pleased the way staff and vet listened compassionately and tried to work with me, I am thinking of coming here regularly now.

I did come here today with my dog for vaccinations, Clinic staff was friendly and vet also explains me everything after the thorough physical exam, unlike my other vet, I would love to come back here with my pet

I've been bringing all my pets to this clinic for years,A few bumps over the years with regards to price and not requiring some tests they requested but overall Dr Wright,Dr Dawn & Staff were very helpful, professional and carring when my feline pal got sick , they never gave up on him, when our family dog passed away they closed the blinds and sedated him first and than sent a card and poem of condolences. Been going to this clinic for over 15 yrs , overall happy with the staff, wish Dr Dawn hadn't of left

I am coming to this clinic from pretty long time, vets here are very compassionate and understanding, my cat samba after being diagnosed with hyperthyroid was being treated here till he passed peace fully at home., I want to thank vet and staff of this clinic who took good care of my cat so well in when she got sick and diagnosed.

I was nervous about going through the trauma of putting my dog down, but at Millcreek the way they handle everything was very professional, doctor first sedate my dog, he was sleeping when he gave final Injection and he didn't feel any thing and went very peacefully. I thank millcreek staff and recommend every one this clinic for their pets needs.

I would love to recomend this clinic to every pet owner. I saw Dr.MD there for my new puppy couple of weeks back as this is my first pet I saw how thoroughly he examined my pup and at the same time he explained me what should I look for selecting food, bedding and toys for my labdoodle.

Had a falling out with this clinic over their yearly vaccination policy. A three year vaccination protocol has been recommended by the CVMA since 2006. I believe that it is unethical to demand yearly vaccinations. It seems to me that money is more important than the health of the animals they treat. Sorely disappointed in this clinic.

Funny, I know of someone who when they had to put their pet down they were told there were no appts available that day...they had to go to another hospital in the area to get help!
