expensive, slow and put on hold for long periods of time. cut off while on hold, or given to new person who starts all over again

I did not have a good experience at this vet! For starters, I was surprised at how coldly the vet assistant treated my pet. Then when I took the pet home after his initial vaccinations, he could hardly move - something that never happened again once I changed vets. Then they scheduled him for a procedure that seemed very unnecessary at his age. At this point I took him to a vet next door in Brookings, Or for a 2nd oppinion and that vet told me bluntly that the pet had absolutely no need for that procedure. At that point I never went back!
