Click to report rating    5/31/10   1     5     5     2   We brought our dogs and cats to this vet. Our first impression was that this vet was friendly and competent. When our cat was bitten by a dog, we brought the cat into the vet within 15 minutes of being bitten. The vet examined the cat and stated that she was fine. They did not recommend any preventive antibiotics or followup. Due to infection from the bite, the cat nearly died. We had to bring the cat into NC State Vet Hospital for many days of expensive treatment. When the cat was released, she had lingering neurological problems. When I approached the owner of Park vet to help with after care of my cat, he would not acknowledge any responsibility and would not help with the after care (unless I paid full price). Avoid this vet. They are expensive and do not provide a level of care that warrants the extra fee. I believe that this vet is all about making money. RID: 18180
Click to report rating    3/17/09   2     3     3     1   The assistant was nice, but otherwise useless. The vet who looked at my cat hurt his leg more than helped it. She did not discuss any medication options with me even though after speaking to another vet I learned there were a few. And to add insult to injury, after payingn over $150 for two x-rays, one of which was a useless image, they charged me a $15.75 "processing fee" to get the x-rays on a CD to take to an orthopedist. It's not like it was the Stones' greatest hits. And, silly me, I thought that once I paid for x-rays, I owned them. Whatever these people can squeeze out of you, they will. And don't let them touch your animals' legs. My cat has been in worse pain ever since we went there. RID: 12138
Click to report rating    2/25/09   5     5     5     5   I was very pleased with the service I received. No wait time at all and everyone was very nice to me, but especially nice to my dog, Rosie. Truly exceeded my expectations. No smell, clean facility. RID: 11819
