Client for 30+ years. The drops that were sold to me were leaking. I went in and asked if they could be replaced, Dana took offense to it and told me they weren’t sold like that.Very rudely she told me to talk to George. I asked him about the drops and he agreed to exchange them. She yelled from the hallway he was being to nice and for me not to return while she was working. She cancelled my upcoming visit as I wasn’t a good fit for the clinic anymore. My calls to George have been unanswered. Any attempt to contact Dana, to see what truely transpired, in hopes of talking maturely and making any wrongs, right. As soon as I would say my name upon answer, she hung up. Beyond disappointed with how I am being treated over a container of leaky ear drops. Especially being a long time client of this clinic for 30 plus years.

We have been going to Dr. Robertson for over ten years with our dogs and have had excellent, caring service. Very good at diagnosing and treating so many ailments over the years with five dogs and at reasonable rates. I have recommended this clinic to several people who have been very pleased with the service.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Robertson for 20 years. He is fantastic. I recommend George to everyone I know and they too have followed to his clinic. He is fair, reasonable and knows what he is talking about. He shows kindness when your pet is ending it's life, he doesn't want to do unnecessary test on animals either. Having had several very bad experiences with other vets, including lies that left one of our dogs in constant pain, it is wonderful to have found someone you can really trust. The girls in his office are warm, friendly and know what they are doing and also, care about your pets as well. I appreciate the service and caring we have found here, beyond words.

George is a great vet, always takes the time to check everything throughly without rushing you out the door, has years of experience, and doesn't overcharge. I buy supplements for my cat and dogs from him, and they have done wonders! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I used to drive my animals out from Vancouver to Dr. Robertson as he is worth the trip. He has never treated any of our fur family with anything but respect and dignity and I can assure you that only the best will do for any four legged family member that we have lived with. When our beautiful GSD had to be let go as it was his time, I requested that Dr. Robertson come to the house as Charlie became so stressed at his age when he left home. Dr. Robertson and his wonderful assistant drove out to our house in Poco and with the most compassion and dignity allowed us to hold our boy as he quickly slipped away. We trust Dr. Robertson and he is a straight shooter; no other vet will treat our pets unless we are in an extreme emergency situation. I recommend he, his staff and clinic to everyone and anyone without hesitation!

A few yrs ago I took my dog there to be Euthanized. The clinic was very dirty. Dr. George was very rude when we walked in the door, instead of greeting us he tried to talk us out of doing it. We had put it off for so long, but Holly could no longer walk and was getting frustrated with life. She was in pain it was time. He picked her up and slammed her up on the hard table. (I have since taken pets else where and I always see them on a comfy blanket on the floor!) He asked us what she had eaten that day. Of course we gave her some treats like steak and cheese he then sighed and said "great now I'll have to clean up her vomit too". He then gave her the needle. I don't think he gave her enough, it took her over 15mins to "go to sleep". I now know its supposed to be almost instant, they should be gone before the needle is finished! He was just trying to save himself money! Upon leaving I noticed he even smelled like alcohol!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

I think the previous comment is out of line. I understand someone may have a bad experience but to claim that others are going here due to the cost is insulting to me as a customer and I'm sure the Vet as well. I will not put my pets in harms way to save a buck nor would most pet owners. This clinic has provided quality care to my pets for over 20 years. Their prices are still fair and I always feel like a valued customer and my pets will are well cared for. As I live a bit of a distance from this clinic most of my friends take their pets to one of several of the clinics closer to home. I never hear anything from them about these clinics with regards to how much they like them but rathe how much they feel they've been ripped off by them. I have never felt that way about this clinic and that's a good point not a bad one.

We took animals (dogs and cats) for nearly 20 years but over the last few years have switched to different vets. Yes, the prices here are very reasonable but sometimes you get what you pay for. I took one of my young dogs in who was exhibiting lameness in his right shoulder. The vet didn't even look at his shoulder, he kept looking at his left foot! With one of my other dogs who never has exhibited any aggression towards people would try to bite him every chance he had at the vet. He was only like this following neutering and never liked him since. I think the only reason he's still in business is because he is so cheap, lots of people take their pets there.

I have always had quick and courteous care from Dr. Robertson and his staff. We have taken many pets to him over the years. They are always able to squeeze in an extra appointment that day to accommodate you when your pet needs immediate attention. I would recommend this vet to family and friends! He is always willing to chat and will answer any questions you have, even if about another animal at home. They will also give advice over the phone and not make you come in for a charge of the same service when not necessary.

We took all our dogs to see George, good service and all, but when my dog severed his achilles tendon,(at night) I took him to a late night vet, and when I took him back to George to have everything double checked he seemed pissed and told me to go back to the original vet that did the emergency work. Well guess what George, with that attitude you lost all our business, and get no referrals from us.

This Vet and his staff are GREAT. Always have brought our animals here and he has always been very straight forward with us. His prices are great as well, never been over charged. I highly recommend him to everyone. Everyone I have told to go here is as happy as we are.

This place is great and very reasonable prices. He always looks for lower cost alternatives to offer you as well as the higher priced ones. Yes, he does look a little tired and disheveled, but who cares as long as the service is good.

this vet has helped me through the passing of two of my oldest dogs with great compassion and care. Always straight forward and clear answers. Staff very good also. pricing is always consistant with no suprises.

I have taken my pets to Pitt Meadows for several years. The staff there are very friendly and considerate and they don't overcharge you. The best thing is that you get the same doctor every visit! He's always straight with the answers and responds to all of your questions. Great service.

Horrible. Man always seems to be extremely tired and unhappy. He doesn't ever look well groomed either. Almost looks like a tired alcoholic. And he didn't clean my dogs teeth properly. And gave us wrong information about our dogs lump removal. Which was very important information that he didn't inform us about and said there was nothing wrong when infact she had cancer and we didn't find out until she was actually showing signs of being sick and passed 2 weeks later. DO NOT go to this vet. He also listed her as a male on one of her forms :S....
