If he doesn't know something he isn't afraid to admit it and will go look up the answer. If he thinks he has done all he can to help your animal he will refer you to someone else. He really cares about you as a client and about your animals. He never wants my pets to leave mad! He always takes the time to pet them before we leave which I appreciate. RID: 11911
