Dr. Sherri seemed great at first, but she was rather expensive and didn't have much of a "bedside manner". She told me my dog was terribly overweight, then when i brought him back she said that he was terribly under weight. When my husband asked to talk about it more she told him "we are done talking about that" She was very judgmental and short-tempered. We were just trying to figure out what our dog needed. Not afraid to be wrong. Would not recommend her to anyone. The staff otherwise was generally nice, when i switched vets it was really hard to get the shot records, they sent the bare minimum of info.

Great vet. She actually took the time to listen to my concerns. I wish my own doctor was as good as my dog's doctor. Regarding the preivous poster, although price is not my primary concern -- I'm more intersted in quality of care -- my impression has been their fees are very reasonable and they are willing to work with me and make other recommendations if something is going to cost a lot. Online pharamcies are almost always cheaper but I'm willing to pay a little more for medication in order to deal with someone who knows my pet.

I am very impressed with Dr. Sherri and the whole staff at Lovell. The facility is very clean and has an open, happy feeling. I am always treated courteously by the very knowledgeable front desk staff and I feel confident that my dog is always getting the best care possible. I have had very good boarding experience with Lovell also. Dr. Sherry and/or the front desk staff is very good to explain why something needs to be done and how much it will cost -- up front. I like the fact that I get emails/updates about when my dog is due for vaccinations and I feel that the prices are very reasonable. Peace of mind about your pet is priceless -- and that's what I have since I made the switch to Lovell. Keep up the great work!

Although a newer hospital, it has a veteran staff giving the best and experienced care possible for my pets. I cannot say enough about Lovell Animal Hospital. Excellent facility, excellent care and excellent price. We implicity trust Dr. Sherri's assessments, judgement and skill. My family, pets and I feel like we are a part of the Lovell family even in the short time we have been going there. I highly recommend Lovell Animal Hospital!!!
