Dr. Bass rocks! She is thorough, explains everything and doesn't charge a fortune for her services. Best Vet I've ever had! Sorry to see the other comments that were less favorable. I live 25 miles away but seeing Dr. Bass is worth the drive!

Brought in new puppy 1st day back from vacation for 2nd parvo; Cinde gave her rude sly comments regarding the flea collar and pups name. Is it her business what we name our dog? Who asked her? We obviously brought the dog in to take care of her vac needs & to find out about spaying, chipping, etc The arrogance of cinde and other staff doesn't lend itself to getting new clients. It was embarassing and another one of their clients just shook their head in awe of what they said to me. I'm not going to spend good money at a place where I leave upset at the way I was treated. We have rescued a couple of dogs & lost 1 at age 13; still have the other 1 at 10 yrs. We love our pets.

I have been taking my 2 dogs there for years and the staff is always nice. Julie has been there awhile and always remembers by dogs names when I bring them in. I prefer Dr. Bass and have been happy with her as my vet.

I really liked them because they were really nice an seemed to care a lot about my pet they weren't mean and didn't make any mean comments unlike some places I have been to. I remember I think I was Jullie was really nice happy an energetic.

I have never been treated so rudely. Dr. Klum was very nasty to both me and my daughter when all we wanted to know was what to do for our poor kitty. I don't recommend this place.
