Wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. Dr. Sinclair is thorough and answers all questions - never rushed. She is knowledgeable and kind and has the best interest of the cat in mind. During the decline of my beloved Snoball, the entire staff was supportive and loving not only to Snoball but to me too. The staff made the euthanasia process as easy and comfortable as possible. They genuinely like each individual feline. If Dr. Sinclair feels the cat may need specialty services (cardiology, dermatology, some dental procedures), she will refer out. No place better and the prices are competitive too. I love Cat Sense!

I recently made the difficult decision to have my cat declawed. We are moving, and due to a number of circumstances, we've reached a point where it needs to be done. I called many different vets and asked a lot of questions before choosing one for the operation, as my regular vet does not agree with declawing, and therefore does not do it. Oddly, I assumed that if a vet agreed to a declawing, that they...AGREED WITH DECLAWING. To be blunt, the veterinarian made me feel like I had asked a pro-lifer to give me an abortion. Every sentence included the information that my cat would be in horrible pain and could die during the procedure. This was repeated MANY TIMES. Policy prohibited me from restraining her myself for shots, and the vet kept warning me that my cat might hurt me. She has never hurt me in 6 yrs and is calm and quiet for shots if I hold her myself. I would NEVER let her near my cat again. I left crying from repeatedly being told my cat might die because of me.
