Here's the facts: I brought my cat here after looking into several area vets. The staff are pretty friendly & seem to care. 1st visit was routine checkup w/vaccines. I went for the expensive full bloodwork. A few days later my cat became sick with a bacterial infection. Here's where my doubts about this place started to creep in. I brought her back to the office & she was treated w/antibiotics which did the trick. Next visit was a vaccine booster a week later but I was reluctant to go because where if not at the vet's office did she get a bacterial infection. I chanced it & went because all I had was a hunch. This last visit. The doc checks her over & to my shock grabs the light to look in her ears w/o cleaning it first and with no protection, then places it back on the wall!! Then takes her temp with an ear thermometer again w/no protective cover & w/o cleaning it then places it back!! Now surprise, surprise my cat very likely has ear mites. This place is completely unsanitary & exp$

Dr. Jones seems like he knows what he is doing but every time we go there I feel like he is trying to convince us to pay for another test and medicine that we don't actually need. But my wife likes him. Maybe I am just cheap.
