We met Dr. Nation when she was working at a different clinic. Our regular vet there stopped taking appointments at roughly the same time Dr Nation began her own practice, so the switch was an obvious one for us. We have 4 cats (but have said goodbye to 3 others in recent years, with Marie helping us with one of those euthinasias) She goes way out of her way for our cats and us - literally. Many of her staff are familiar faces from their tenure at the other clinic before they happily followed her. Dr Lewis is a brilliant addition to this group, as well. They are very thorough, and the follow up care is beyond what is expected. They are very accommodating when we need to be seen on short notice or have questions. Their prices may be higher than the old-school country vets, but you get what you pay for. They are still lower than comparable vets in the metro, and you get more for your buck here than the clinics that rush you in and out for higher turnover. We love Pet Nation!

I love Dr. Nation. She takes her time with every pet. If you are a person that is far too concerned with your own drama to give an hours-worth of a damn about your pet don't bother here. If you love your animal and want more than a 15 minute rushed wellness exam than make an appointment. The notion that she is inexperienced is ludicrous. I had previously gone to a multi-vet clinic where the techs seemed more interested in socializing and the vets were concern with the depth of my checkbook so they could pay off their new building. I'm paying the same (high) price but getting nearly 45 more minutes of time with Dr. Nation's professional expertise (with my fickle dog). The doctor would all but have to spit in my face to make me want to bring my cherished pet any other place. Her services are worth every penny and you are getting a bang for every buck. You are ultimately responsible for your pet care! Don't mess it up by being rushed, unknowledgeable, petty or cheap.

My appointment took almost 2 hours and they didn't even have other appointments at the time! I was given an estimate for a spay and it was at least $200 more than my previous vet. The vet was more concerned about shoving treats down my dogs throat, than actually treating my dog, which puked on the way home. Her continuous fake, high pitched, insincere baby talk was very annoying also. I wanted to try this new place out, but I will stick with my original vet in town. They are at least lower in cost and seem to have much more experience without taking forever!!!

New clinic, okay for decor, waiting room is far too small and cramped with furniture-shelves, chairs, and a very large desk. After discussing a surgery estimate with the doctor, I was disappointed that she bad-mouthed other doctors in the area needlessly. The wait time was extensive and I feel her prices aren't justified for her experience in surgery, so I've opted to use another clinic with more experienced surgeons at a lower cost.

Dr. Nation is caring and compasionate. I apprectiate her thoroughness with my cats. She lets me know all my tratment options when needed and supports me on decisions I make. When the time came to put my 20 year old cat to sleep, she gave me the compasion I needed to say goodbye. It was very peaceful. The decision was very difficult but she helped me realize I was doing the best thing for my pet. I very much recommend Dr. Nation.

This vet kept me waiting for a very long time. There was a mixup with the medications that I received. The doctor lectured me on a shot for a long time even though I couldn't afford it and overall the clinic doesn't look like I can afford it. She also called me every other day for 2 weeks - the dog is fine, I don't need a phone call every other day! I was also given an estimate for teeth cleaning, and it's way over what my previous vet would charge. I'll be taking her back there. Overall, I'm not happy, I hoped that this new clinic would be better than my previous one.

The appointmnet took forever! I waited a long time to see the vet. She was okay with our dog, but I had other things to do.

Dr. Nation is a wonderful top notch vet who really cares. She came to our house to put our dog to sleep, which we appreciated so much. She was with us through to the very end and made sure we could contact her in case anything happened or if we had questions. We wouldn't and couldn't see another vet for any of our animals since we're so grateful we found her. Our questions were always answered and she made sure we understood the choices we had to make. Thank you to Dr. Nation and the people she works with for making it so easy to trust someone with our kids.
