Dr. Burton is fantastic. He only does what is necessary for your pet. Is very honest and great vet! His fees are very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I DO LIKE DR. BURTON VERY MUCH AND I BELIEVE HIS CARE FOR THE ANIMALS IS TRULY GENUINE, BUTTTTTT HIS STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK ARE RUDE AND VERY UNCARRING. WE RECENTLY HAD TO PUT OUR BELOVED DOG DOWN AFTER 13 YEARS WITH GREAT SADNESS AND THE FRONT STAFF WERE NOT SYMPATHTIC AT ALL AND GETTING OUR PETS TAG READY IN FRONT OF ME WHILE HE WAS STILL WITH US, I FIND THEM VERY RUDE AND UNCARING,. IF IT WASNT FOR DR, BURTON WHO I LIKE ALOT I WOULD BE GOING ELSEWHERE BECAUSE OF HIS FRONT STAFF.

Where we live the vets include testing for everything when you're pretty sure nothing is wrong and, surprise, they find nothing. It has happened 3x at 2 different clinics. Dr Burton and his staff rate at the top of the charts for using common sense + experience, + testing when obviously necessary, to assess our pets. We love you. THANK YOU!

I have used Dr. Burton for a few years now for our small dog. He has always given great advice, often talking us out of spending money. He does NOT fee build or rip you off. His fees are very reasonable. I trust his work and opinion. I DO NOT like the staff at the front desk. They have made a total mess of our dogs vacination records causing hassles and frustration at our strict kennel. I find their careless attitude towards the paper work worrying. They also insulted and talked badly to me about a family that was there to put there dog to sleep. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and callousness. The front waiting area can be a bit dirtier than I would like to see at times. I guess you get what you pay for.

The Best! Excellent Vet and Excellent Staff! Love all of the staff there - they are experienced and caring. Dr. Burton gives you all the options up front. He is extremely ethical and realistic. He has treated my animals for 10 or more years now and has always given the best possible care.

This Vet really LOVES animals and it shows. We took our dog to four other vets for her health problem. After a few years and many $$$ it still wasn't diagnosed and dealt with properly. We then took her to Dr. Burton and he had her fixed up in no time. Now our dog is very happy and healthy. Doctor Burton is aware of the costs involved with owning pets and does his best to keep his fees reasonable.

We have been going to Dr. Burton for years and we love him and ALL of his staff. Especially the women at the front desk, they always take the time to get to know you and your pets. They answer all of our questions as best as they can. Our favorite part of going to the vets is sitting and talking with the two exceptional ladies at the front desk. They make us feel right at home and make the effort to know everything they can, good and bad, about your animals. Dr. Burton does not over charge on anything and will let you know if he thinks a certain test is necessary or not. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and answers all of your questions. He is great with your pets and treats them like they are his own. But personally, I always come along for the ride just to visit with the lovely ladies at the front desk.

We having been using Dr. Burton pretty much since his doors opened. We love him and his staff, they are like family to us. It is sad to see the negative talk of his staff. I have been there when they have had to deal with an owner who should not have owned an animal. There are also dead beat customers who don't pay their bills but still want service. Don't be so quick to judge. We must be their best customers because we are treated like Kings and Queens when we are there and our animals only get the best from them! Beauty & the Beast Kennels

Dr.Burton is the BEST ,He is truely AMAZING!! However the 2 girl's at the front Desk with accents not so good, very very Rude, I waited an hour there once before , I didn't mind Dr. Burton was at the Zoo so I got to hear alot from those 2 women I heard one of them on the phone being very rude to a client from Burnaby that was making an appt with Dr. Burton when she hung up She was telling the other very rude women staff member,'why doesnt that Lady drive to a closer Vet she doesn't need to come out here there are other Vet's..Oh My Gosh if Dr. Burton heard how these 2 Women are I seriously think it would be different. I get cold prickly feelings when I'm waiting there with those 2 women But right when I see Dr.Burton my Heart warms up instantly and I feel at Ease, Cause no matter how uncomertible those 2 Women make me feel he's worth the outcome.:)I'm so Glad that he is my Vet and I do drive awhile to see him but,HE LOVES TO HELP ANIMALS HAS A HEART OF GOLD aND WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS

Let me start off that Dr. Burton is AMAZING. If you love your animals, he is willing to do what ever possible to help you! His staff on the other hand I was not fond of.. I worked in a vet office in past and I have never seen such rude, impatient, unprofessional staff members in my life. (im talking bout the girls at the front desk) They have major attitude problems, and are not willing to do whatever necessary to help you! I was pretty upset after my recent visits and phone calls to them regarding my dog. they also dont do call backs to see how your animals are doing which i thought was odd.

Dr. Burton was recommended by a friend at the dog park in North Vancouver. Being a temporarily homeless, unemployed single mother, I was distraught at being unable to get the care my dear friend Tessa (a 10-year-old Rottweiler) needed. Dr. Burton worked with us to find a way and I am so very grateful. We have lost everything and it would have been so difficult to lose Tessa as well. Thank you very much Dr. B!

Emma (our dog) and Tux (our cat) could not be happier with Dr. Burton! Our family knows our loved ones are in good hands when they are at this clinic. All staff are exceptional and our beloved pets are treated as one of their own. Keep up the wonderful work! Our family is forever grateful :)
