Friendly, helpful staff at the front. Great vets that are good to animals and explain things. Drive 30 minutes because of this and the prices. Definitely worth it.

I used to love this clinic. Now we find there is a pressure to do things we are not comfortable with. We had a procedure done where we had signed for the cost in advance, and then were presented with a bill several hundred dollars over what was quoted. Another time I felt I was being made to feel guilty for not doing a procedure that would have been terribly hard on my elderly dog and really have told me nothing. Didn't used to be this way, but several of the great vets from here have gone to other practices. Seems to have changed so much! More about money than care . And there is no longer any after hours help, even by phone; just a phone reference to an emerg clinic 45 minutes away.

Fantastic clinic. Dr Al and his staff are wonderful and have taken excellent care of all of our Labs. Even at the most difficult times when we have had to say goodbye to our family pets, Dr Al and his staff are like family to us in helping us on our journey through the event. We are very impressed with their sense of compassion and professionalism - a great team that we would highly recommend.

I've always heard great things about this vet. Had a great 1st visit taking my pups there. 2nd visit, not so great. My pup and I got bad vibes off a veterinarian. I took a pee sample in from my pup,..and I heard him say in a snobbish way, "oh, this useless" It was 24hrs old. But I spoke to them on the phone prior to the appt. They said to get a pee sample. I didn't know it had to be so close to appt. More information would of been great! Oh,...and a Vet that tells you to put the pup in her crate as punishment when she misbehaves!..He sadly doesn't know about crate training! Wish I had Dr. Leslie this time. My dogs liked her.

I have had my cat, Stray there several times..he always gets the best care and I feel that they truly care about the animals. They are honest and make me feel like I am just as important. That goes a long way when you care about your animals..I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff and Doctors for their kindness and the tenderness they show to sick animals. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas...Thank you from the bottom of my heart! J. Morrison

This clinic is the best i have been to. I practice natural rearing and they give me no grief over my holistic husbandry of my animals. I am a breeder and they are open to my ideas and concerns. They also give me no grief as to my raw diet feeding.

Absolutely the best vets ANYWHERE! The staff is terrific too! They never rush you, and no question is foolish. There is someone on call 24/7, so in an emergency you have a vet you know and trust and who knows your pet and can access their records. Their prices are very reasonable and they will do what they can to keep costs down. They have even given me a prescription to have filled at the pharmacy because it was cheaper than they could give it to me for. Both the vets and staff are kind and caring and I always leave feeling like they treated my dog as if he was theirs.

There are 3 vets here and they are all fantastic. The staff are very helpful, friendly and caring. The prices are very good. There is always someone on call, so you don't have to go to a strange vet who knows nothing about your dog. My dog gets so excited when we pull in the lot, he loves going here.
