Click to report rating    5/3/09   5     5     5     5   I have been a client of this clinic for approximately 30 years and even though I live in another city, I drive the exta miles to take my doggies for their health needs as well as boarding them when I have to be out of town. My little companions have NEVER experienced anything but superb medical care from Dr. Berryman (now retired) and Dr. Paradis as well as kindness and compassion while they were being treated for their medical needs. This clinic and its wonderful staff have seen and treated my little four-legged members of the family from birth to their passing when old, and you will never find a more wonderfully kind, clean and caring facility. Click to report rating    3/24/09   1     5     4     1   I took my cat to have a mass removed from her back leg. When I picked up the cat, I noticed the leg was in a soft cast and was told the cat would adapt. On arriving home, she attacked the cast every time she tried to walk. She would scream, howl, hiss, and bite the cast while spinning circles. I phoned the vet to ask if anything could be done and was again told the cat would be fine. It was at that time, the cat fell asleep from exhaustion. 3 hours later she woke up and the mayhem restarted. Part of the incision site was exposed and the stitches were tearing. I phoned the clinics emergency number at 10:30pm for help. The vet I spoke to, Patrick Paradis, said he wasn't concerned and I could bring the cat in the next morning. Knowing I couldn't keep this up all night, I cut the cast off. The cat instantly calmed. I brought her to an 24 hour pet clinic who repaired the damage and gave me something for pain for the cat. I'll never forgive myself for taking my cat to this horrible clinic. RID: 12240
