Mar '09 brought in 8 mo cat I am fostering for spay.The front desk staff were 2 young girls who were slow to check in clients, answer phone calls, type on the computer. They acted extremely "airheaded",very unprofessional,difficulty answering my questions on type of procedures offered at this clinic.Did not know much! Left people on phone hold for over 10 min,not friendly AT ALL. I had phoned 1 wk prior for appt, requesting several procedures to be done,had to reschedule. Called ahead for appt,They were quick to take me that day (very good!) but when I arrived,theydid not have any info in computer or chart from previous week.Surgery using only IV sedation instead of gas (easier & safer on animals),sending home just a few hrs after surgery. Other vets will keep overnite making sure dog or cat is able to keep food & water down before releasing.I had to request pain med,but staff could not approval until next day after my long wait on phone. GET BETTER FRONT DESK HELP !
