I just want to say how impressed i am by this clinic. Tonight "Jo" the RVT drove over to my place of business late in the evening to drop off a product i ordered...without my asking. What a kind thing to do. I find the staff here very friendly and the clinic has a warm welcoming cottage feel. I will continue to recommend this clinic to family and friends!

Be very careful of the Wellness Plan and in particular responding to their survey's. I expressed concerns (privately via survey), next thing you know they are calling me angrily, dropping me as a client, and then back charging me for all services to date (the discount as per the plan), including an item they said they gave "complimentary". This is 3 months into a 12 month package which I signed up for and paid in full. When I asked to be partially refunded, they in turn are now trying to charge.

I have been a client of Dr Tina McGrath for many years. I recently lost my beloved Norwegian Buhund Max to cancer. I was able to choose a non invasive chemo treatment and a palliative care approach. The diagnosis did not mean immediate euthanasia. Dr McGrath and her staff helped me explore all the options. We were able to address his nutritional needs, medications and palliative rehabilitation which was so affordable and was so important for his mobility and comfort. Max's journey was a new road for me to travel and I am so glad I had a vet who was willing to discuss the options. Max's last days were comfortable and I know we were all glad that he was able to enjoy them. It is important to have veterinary clinics like this one. Highly recommended.

My Dog got an ear problem (scratching his ears like heck) after going for a swim in a lake up North that I thought was safe. Took him here for a check. Checked him out and gave him some drops that worked in a few days.Only complaint was they were a bit pricey.

I have been coming here for 19 yrs and all the vets are wonderful and caring..The only reason I would leave if Dr Mgrath left to another clinic..She is wonderful and caring..Having my dog go through 2 major surgeries she has helped me above and beyond what is called for especially when the dog had a set back she saw us every other day till he was recovered and spoke to me on the phone the day she didnt see him to check on him All the staff is great Keep up the great work you all do

One of the Best Vet around, they really care about the animals, and pratice preventative medication. They explain thing to you about, your pet in whys that are easy to understand, and they take their time, both with you and your pet, and you never feel rush by them. If you need a good vet they one the ones you should go to.
