I started using this clinic in the spring of 2017. I'd gone on a couple of occasions and even had my dog spayed here. They were friendly and reasonably punctual. I recently found myself in a bind in another province. I called the clinic and asked if they could help me with a prescription by sending it to another facility in BC and Forestgrove said no. They told me it'd been a little over a year since they saw my dog and no longer had a a relationship with her! The dog has lice for goodness sake! A serious pain in the butt for me and the dog but not a serious deal. I'm really disappointed as it's only been just over a year since my dog last visited this clinic. I was really in a bind financially and location. My mom's vet in Calgary helped out long distance with her dogs and they hadn't been to the vet in a year either! Can't say I'm too happy to recommend Forestgrove anymore.

Glad we switched to this vet clinic last year. Was referred by a friend and she was given a gift thanking her for referring us. Went for a second opinion on dental work recommendation and check up since our cat was sick. They advised that maybe a cleaning would suffice instead of pulling out $1,200 worth of teeth and completed all the necessary tests to make sure she was in good heath, just under the weather. Dr. Sue Tedesco is fantastic to work with and will definitely going back and referring everyone with pets to the clinic! Thank you very much for your professional and caring staff!

Several years ago I popped into this vet clinic for a second opinion for my cat, as she wasn't her self. So happy I did. She was in need of dental surgery. The staff took the time to show me the issues and explain the procedure. My cat was back to her 'old self' shortly after. One can tell that all the staff truly love their jobs and their Fur Clients!!

I started taking my cats there since it was in the neighbourhood. I have since moved but can't imagine taking them elsewhere. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate.

My dog went in because of a bladder issue. Turns out she had bladder stones and they were able to schedule surgery for the next day. The staff was friendly, efficient and even allowed me to stay with her while the sedative took effect. They explained the procedure and after care very thoroughly. I've been going there for the last 6 years with both my dogs. I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else.

I have found the staff excellent. I had two cats that neared 18 before having to say good-bye to them 3weeks apart. The staff was understanding and compassionate through everything. I will always take my pets there in the future.

I have used this clinic for a number of years, and they are the best. The techs are knowlegable, and always take the time to answer questions if I need to call. They were excellent when my aged cat developed cancer, and were very supportive when she died at home. I have been to other vets but I will stick with the docs at Forest Grove.

I have taken 3 different pets to this veterinary clinic for 12 years and have never ever had any problems. All the vets have been great and even stayed longer past hours because my pet was sick and needed immediate attention. I have tried a couple other vets in the city but did not like to take my pets there.

I struggled with this vet clinic as my dog wasn't of age to have his 'fixing' procedure done and they had accidently booked him on the wrong day. The lady at the front and I got in a minor argument where she made me feel respon. for making a mistake when I was positive I didn't? She even had the nerve to say to me, "Well, you didn't show up for your appointment which leaves us in a bind and we waited for you." Uhm. Okay. My dog wasn't even 6 months old, he COULDN'T have had his surgery on that day. When I told her this, she said, "Well, then why did you make the appointment?"... When I told the vet this, she laughed and said, "Oh, thats silly." Well, no. It isn't silly. If you don't care how your patients are treated, then I'm finding a new vet to take care of my dog. All they did was make excuses for one another. I did and they (Acadia) have been wonderful.
