Dr. Bagnell is the most caring and knowledgeable vet I've ever had the pleasure of taking my pets to. They don't come any better in my opinion. My cat Biggy Boy had his life extended considerably, only because of Dr. Bagnell and his dedicated staff. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality care for their pets. The vets there are all amazingly knowledgeable, and compassionate, and the staff is a pleasure to deal with. Also, the facility is very clean. Lastly, they only recommend what is necessary, and their rates are VERY REASONABLE. Vets like Dr. Bagnell are hard to find these days - individuals that are drawn to this profession because of a sincere love for the well being of animals, and not because of monetary considerations. Berta and I are forever grateful for everything you did for Biggy Boy.

Dr Bagnell and his staff have been our vet through three dogs now. They have been consistently professional, caring and courteous to all of our family members. We have left this clinic after 20 years only because a move has taken us too far away for regular visits to be practical. We hope to be as lucky with our next vet as we have been with Dr. B.

We have been going to Dr. Bagnell's clinic for over twenty years. We have taken dogs and cats there and on every occasion, they have received excellent care. Dr. Bagnell is a thoughtful and considerate individual who provides you his professional opinion with respect to the health and welfare of your animal. His support staff have always been helpful and truthful in all matters. Having gone to the clinics over the years on an intermittent occasion, I can state quite unequivocally that Dr. Bagnell is A 1 in his field. At present we take two cats to his every month for pedicures and we are always treated well and every dignity is shown our animals.

I'm very confused by the negative reviews!?! I've worked with animals professionally for over 30 yrs and sadly have had many bad experiences with vets over that time. Bagnell is most definitely not one of them. 7 yrs ago, having just gotten a new puppy, I decided to change to Bagnell's because a friend raved about him. My pup got his 1st visit check-up + shots and everything seemed okay. In fact, because of my distrust regarding monetary honesty, I "tested" Dr. Bagnell the next time we met. My pup's back leg was giving out and he was having trouble walking. Dr. Bagnell spent 20-30 min's examining him and was in no rush to hurry me out. I offered up concerned suggestions such as, "Should we do an X-ray and an ultrasound?" To my amazement he said, "No, that's not necessary." He correctly diagnosed the problem using just his patience and vast experience. Everyone that works there is helpful and very kind. I trust the staff completely and believe animal welfare comes before profit!

They are very sales driven regarding vaccines...I called once because my dog was having issues with something and I was concered, but the lady who answered did not even answer my question but instead nagged/confronted me in a rude pressuring way about getting shots done when that was not even the purpose of the call! After about 5 minutes of her arguing about it, I then told her you didn't answer my question and she ended her vaccine rant with 'oh well thats not why you called' so she was aware of it! I also saw on a previous visit sales targets!! The one guy was good (not Bagn.) but he is no longer there. Looking for an ethical practice..shame on you for focusing on sales $

Actually very fair value for money- previous commentors should do more comparative research of clinics in the area. Love Dr. B, the techs, and the groomer Ian is great. Not such a fan of the receptionists.

Loved Dr. B and his staff. Very experienced and knows what he is talking about. All vets can be pricey but well worth it in my experience. Unfortunately I moved out of town and we are missing Dr B and his practice.

All they want is your money. He knew my dogs condition would get worse and didn't bother to mention that it was preventable.
