Both Drs. Friedman and Smith have outstanding medical and surgical skills. Those skills are equaled by their huge hearts. Their tremendous love for animals is evident the minute they walk through the exam room door-the time taken to bond with and provide assurance to the patient, extraordinarily gentle handling and verbal encouragement throughout what could otherwise be a frightening uncomfortable exam, the thoroughness and clarity communicating about problem and treatment, incredible patience and care in answering as many questions for however long is needed to help reduce anxiety of the humans in the family.
The support staff skills, knowledge, competence, loving gentle kindness to animals are outstanding. They always do their job the very best it can be done, are extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient with the animals. Our trust and confidence in Animal Eye Care has been validated throughout our 15 years experience with their care of our Persian cats. They are the best!
