Have used this clinic several times over the past few years in emergency situations, usually middle of the night types. We have always been impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Both reception and vets are kind, fast, and not condescending or rude to breeders (which is all too common among vets--many don't seem to understand where their patients come from!) I ordinarily dread going to emergency vets because of lack of experience or knowledge, but these vets really know their stuff and care about the animals.

I have brought my Macaws in to see Cassandra Campbell DVM, and I have had a very good experience. She was very kind, and was able to handle them quite well. The staff has been very helpful too. I also brought in a Cardinal that had been stunned, and they accepted it right on the spot. I also had a cat declawed, and the cat was fine after a couple days and didn't seem to be in any pain.
