Have gone to this clinic since 2003. Find Dr. Minervini to be compassionate and very skilled in care of animals and communication with/education of pet owners. I've dealt with his associates to minor degree and they seem quite competent. Other staff are usually good but occasionally seem a little inexperienced.

I've gone to Flanders Veterinary Clinic for about 8 years now with several dogs, and find Dr. Minervini's services very good.

I love this clinic! After some previous bad experiences I realize just how valuable this place is. Dr Minervini knows his ferrets, and Dr Lovell isn't far behind. They did everything they could to save my boy and treated both of us with care and respect from the first visit to after he was put down. Plus they made an extra effort in reducing our billing because I mentioned we were strapped for cash. They really care, are very sympathetic, know their stuff and don't bill you for your life savings.

Don't bother between his staff of immature teenage girls and his indifference to your pets care you are better off going to free town clinics. Refused to neuter my cat until he was over 1 year old and had begun marking. He is never punctual. Is also insulting and condescending to any concerns you may have treating you as stupid rather than uninformed.
