I decided to move my pet dog Cofi to receive care from another Vet because of their insistence of Profit over Care in my opinion. Having moved to Novi a year ago, I have spent over $600 in two visits, all of which are preventative and blood test.
My remarks above come from the fact that when I want Cofi to take Bordetella vaccine ($28) every 6 months, they will not accept you unless you agree to have your pet dog do the bi-annual wellness check for ($47) and then there is a 'medical waste disposal fee' of ($5.25)
While Bordetella is actually an annual vaccine as per the drug manufacturer guidelines be prepared to pay $80.25 if your intention is just for Bordetella during the mid year.
Ask around any practicing vet in the area (google them) and you will find that it is practice to have Annual exam and your pet is good to go in just for Bordetella within the year. So your pet get the same care of Bordetella twice a year and you avoid paying for that $47 'fee'.

No billing system? Really? I don't know a place that does not mail out invoices or take credit cards over the phone. Staff and Facilities are good, but they dont always tell you what they are doing before you are just getting charged with it.

The Novi office and Commerce office have treated our pet birds and gerbils. We are very pleased with their knowledge of small pets - far better than any where else we have gone. Good staff and good vets.

the staff here is wonderful! there are other locations as well in the Detroit Metro area. I highly recommend them!
