Dr. Root (and office staff) are Unbelievable! We had issues with our newly adopted bulldog, and was able to get in quickly. Dr. Root had originally talked us through a few things over the phone and told us to give these things a shot. Low and behold, our little guy was still having issues, so we called back the next day, and got in within just a couple of hours. Dr. Root is the type of vet that will not push any type of treatment/test on the client. He goes over the pros and cons of each, and really tries to figure out what would best suit the furbaby. We went with a couple xrays which helped diagnose a couple things, and our little guy was sent home with some meds. Meds have worked great and are VERY happy with our newly found Vet! Dr. Root used to have a couple Saint Bernards and is very familiar with large breed dogs and Bulldogs! Both breeds can be quite difficult to treat (with all their issues) but he has done great! Going back next week for a spay and neuter!
