I just started using this vet with a rescue. Then my older cat was having problems with his paw-the vet diagnosed it as pillow foot and after injecting him with a steroid and antibiotic it got worse. I called and the vet several times before she had a staff member relay messages. She wanted me to bring my cat in again for her to see. She suggested a biopsy that she said would yeld results in two days- 11 days later she called with the results and my cat died the next day. He gasped for air from the time we brought him home from the biopsy. I callled to cancel his surgery and asked the vet be notified of his death. No one has called to say anything to me in response to his death. My cat was with me 11 years. A little compassion goes a long way. Those vets have none. All they want is money and they charge outrageous amounts for the little they do. wont go there ever again.

Very rude and Unwilling to work with billing. I would never use this Office and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

This vet clinic is horrible.They are money hungry and they do not care about the pets are the owners. I HAD A BAD EXPERINCE WITH MY ANIMAL.I TOOK HIM HOME TO DIE INSTEAD OF LEAVING HIM IN A STRANGE PLACE. MY ANIMAL STARTED SUFFERING AND WAS IN PAIN. I CALLED TO HAVE MY AMIMAL PUT TO SLEEP THE VET CLOSED IN 15 MINS. THE STAFF LEFT ME ON HOLD AND PICKED UP THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! THEY THEN TOLD ME ABOUT AN AFTER HOUR CLINIC.THE STAFF HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND WOULD NOT LET ME TALK TO THE VET. I WENT AND TALKED WITH THE VET AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT MY ANIMAL DIED BECAUSE I WOULDNOT LEAVE HIM IN A STRANGE PLACE. THIS CLINIC IS THE VERY BAD ALL THEY WANTED WAS MY MONEY. I've SPOKE WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD BAD EXPERINCES WITH THIS CLINIC. THE AFTER HOUR CLINIC WAS GREAT. THANKS
