April 16, 2009 We took our 3.5 pd. Toy Chihuahua to get her teeth cleaned. I was instantly told I was to get a blood test done!!?? The "Tech" (Bobby) came out to get my dog after me just telling both of the receptionist and the Tech that she, our Chihuahua wouldn't go to them. Saying this at least 5 times, and that I would hold her in the exam room. The "Tech" said NO ONE was allowed to go to the back!!?? Who is NOT allowed to go to the exam room with their pet! Never in my entire life of having pets have we been told we cannot be in the exam room! Was this the clue we should have followed.... After going back and forth with Bobby and Bobby speaking to my husband and I like we were idiots and he was the Vet guru, Bobby brought out a muzzle and grabbed my dog from me as Guerra went berserk in the arms of someone she did not know, or even get a moment to even smell before she was handled. (usually, doesn't the Tech or whoever is going to handle your pet talk to your pet "before" they do
