In am new in town and tried this vet clinic. I loved my experience there. The clinic smelled nice and was very clean. The receptionist and nurse were so very nice. The doctor was great with my cat, she was very patient and had a good energy about her. My cat loved the doctor and her staff. The doctor was good in explaining everything to me that was going on with my cat and did appropriate tests to find an answer to why my cat was sick. Overall it was a great experience.

As a physician I am very concerned about the level of healthcare my dog and cat receive. Dr Spaeth has excellent diagnostics instincts, a broad ranged skill base and most importantly, a genuine passion for her clients. The practice seems small but this actually contributes to the dedicated attention each patient receives. I highly recommend the Jackson Pet Hospital to anyone who loves their dog or cat.

Dr. Spaeth was short, too rushed to answer questions and just plain rude. The bill was much higher than quoted to me over the phone and the attitude was just too bad for me. Proceedures were done that failed, she refuse to ever give probability of success. Overall, a waste of over $600 and a lot of my time. Look elsewhere for your vet needs, this vet didn't care at all.
